Most students land and panic because they don't know which order things should happen in.

Do I get a SIM first? Open bank account? Find housing? Get SSN?

They start doing things in the wrong sequence. Open bank account before they have an address. Try to get SSN before they're eligible. End up stressed and confused because decisions depend on things that haven't been done yet.

The real stress

Not the tasks themselves. The not-knowing-what-comes-first.

Here's what most people don't understand

The sequence matters. Everything needs to happen in the right order so nothing gets stuck waiting on something else.

But the right sequence is different for every student depending on:

  • Which university you're at
  • Where you're staying first
  • When your classes start
  • Your family's situation

That's why there's no one-size-fits-all schedule.

The difference between stressed and calm

Knowing the actual sequence for YOUR situation. Not a generic timeline. Your timeline.
